When can I expect my orders? +

The delivery time consists of two periods:

1. Processing time (1-3 days): This includes order confirmation, customization, quality inspection, and packaging.

2. Delivery time (approximately 5-12 days): This is the time it takes to transport the package from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to the destination.

The expected delivery time has passed; where is my order? +
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the "Track Your Order" page on our website. If you have not received your order three days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
What are the shipping costs? +
Shipping costs are on us and therefore FREE unless otherwise stated.
I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it? +
Yes. You can return any order to us within 90 days without giving a reason. Please contact us at info@relivex.nl.
Where can I find my Track and Trace code? +
On the "Track Your Order" page, you can enter your email address to track your package.
My Track and Trace shows no information; why is that? +
Track and Trace information becomes available once your package reaches the courier. Please note that there may be a slight delay in updating the information.
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do? +
