To ensure that your massage device is used correctly and functions optimally, we have created a step-by-step guide. This will help determine whether the issue is related to usage or the device itself.

Step-by-Step Guide for Proper Use of Your Massage Device:

1. Charge the main module
Ensure that you charge the main module for at least 2 hours. The battery is fully charged when the blue lights stop blinking and all 4 lights remain solid.

2. Place the massage device fully on the skin
Make sure the gel pad makes full and firm contact with the skin, without any loose edges or air bubbles. This ensures effective operation and a comfortable experience.

3. Lightly moisten your skin
Use a damp cloth to lightly moisten your skin. This removes dead skin cells and dirt, improving the device’s performance.

4. Select a mode
Choose one of the available modes by pressing the ‘PROGRAM’ button. Each mode offers a unique massage experience.

5. Increase the intensity
Use the ‘INC’ button to increase the massage intensity to your preference. If the blue light on the main module blinks, the motor is functioning correctly.

Note:
If you don’t feel anything, this could indicate worn-out nerves. We recommend using the massage device daily at a high intensity for two weeks. If you still don’t notice any difference after this period, please contact us again.

Charging the massage device is simple, and the status lights on the main module clearly indicate whether the battery is fully charged. Here’s how you can check:

1. Connect the main module to the charger
Plug the charger into a power outlet and connect it to the main module.

2. Check the lights
While charging, the blue lights on the main module will blink. When all 4 blue lights remain solid and stop blinking, the battery is fully charged.

3. Charging time
It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the main module.

Usage tips after charging
To ensure optimal battery performance, we recommend disconnecting the device once it is fully charged.
