Comparison of Modes and Applications:
The massager stimulates the body with electrical pulses through the applied pads. Depending on the specific issue, the right mode can help alleviate discomfort and improve overall health and blood circulation in the body.
Mode Frequency Suitable for
Auto Mode Automatically cycles Full-body relief when you're not sure which mode to choose. Recommended areas: Back, shoulders.
Beating Mode 1–6 Hz (dynamic) Deep relaxation and tension relief. Recommended areas: Lower back, neck, shoulders.
Scraping Mode 26.3 Hz Improving circulation and reducing stiffness. Recommended areas: Legs, thighs, calves.
Relaxation Mode 10 Hz Reducing everyday muscle tension. Recommended areas: Shoulders, arms, lower back.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do if my massage device is not working properly or appears to be defective? +

If your massage device isn’t working properly, follow these steps:

1. Charge the charger.
Place the charging case on the charger. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to fully charge. Once connected, the 4 green lights will begin blinking. When fully charged, all 4 green lights will be solid green.

2. Check the charging of the hosts and remote control.
The remote control and hosts are automatically charged in the charging case. If they aren’t working, place them back in the charger. Charging begins once you hear a beep.

3. Turn on the hosts.
Press the M button on both hosts for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. This indicates that the hosts are powered on. Then, press the M button again to select a mode and adjust the intensity with the + button.

4. Increase the intensity.
If you feel nothing, keep pressing the + button to increase the intensity until you begin to feel the stimulation. It’s normal to start feeling something only from intensity 10, as there are 16 levels available.

Note:
If the hosts or remote do not respond (no beep when pressing the M button), the battery might be empty. Place them back in the charging case and let them charge. You should hear a beep and the device will start charging.

How do I know if my massage device is fully charged? +

Your massage device is fully charged when the 4 green lights on the charging case are solid green. This means the charger is fully charged and ready to use.

If the remote control or hosts do not respond (no beep when pressing the M button), they may be empty. Place them back in the charging case to charge automatically. Once fully charged, you should hear a beep and they will be ready to use.

I feel little to nothing while using the massage device. Is that normal? +

It is possible that you may feel little to nothing while using the massage device, especially if you have reduced sensitivity in your feet due to conditions like nerve damage. This doesn’t mean the device isn’t working, but the impulses might be less noticeable.

What to do:
Make sure you increase the intensity by pressing the + button. You may start feeling something only from intensity 10, which is completely normal. Keep adjusting the intensity until you reach the right sensitivity.

How quickly can I see results with the massage device? +

The speed at which you notice results can vary from person to person. This depends on the severity of your symptoms and how often you use the device. Many users feel improvements like better circulation or a sense of relaxation in the treated area after the first session.

After a few days: With daily use, you may quickly notice a reduction in pain or an improvement in comfort in the treated area.

After 1 to 2 weeks: For chronic pain or reduced nerve sensitivity, 1 to 2 weeks of consistent use often shows the biggest improvements.

Long-term results: Regular use can provide long-term symptom relief and improve overall mobility and comfort.

How often should I use the massage device? +

For the best results, we recommend using the massage device daily. However, the frequency may vary depending on your symptoms and personal needs. Here are our recommendations:

For general wellness or relaxation:
Use the device daily for 10-15 minutes. This helps improve circulation and relax tense muscles.

For chronic pain or reduced sensitivity:
Use the massager twice a day, for example in the morning and evening, for 15-20 minutes per session. Consistent daily use helps activate nerves and reduce pain.

Long-term maintenance:
As your symptoms improve, you can reduce usage to a few times per week.
