Returns Policy

We do our best to deliver your order to your satisfaction. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 90-day risk-free trial period.

Not satisfied? You may return the product within this period, provided it is in its original condition, with labels, and without excessive use.

 

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • Please email us in advance at info@relivex.nl to let us know that you wish to return your order or parts of it. The return address is not the same as the address shown on the shipping label.
  • If we can accept the return (within the permitted period), we will send you further instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Send the parcel to the return address provided by our customer service.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For international returns, this may average around €19, depending on the carrier.
  • Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days via the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Defective Products
Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 14 days. Always include a clear video showing the issue, along with the shipping label on the packaging. We can only assess warranty claims with this visual evidence.
If the issue falls under warranty, we will send a replacement free of charge. After 14 days, our standard return policy applies.

 

Can I return the product without contacting you first?
No, you must contact us first before returning any product. This way we are aware of the return and can track the shipment for correct processing.

 

My delivery failed, what now?
If your order has not arrived—for example, due to a lost package by PostNL or an address error—we are ready to resolve it.
If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us within 7 days. We will then resend your order free of charge.
If you do not contact us within 7 days, the costs for reshipping will be at your own expense.

 

What is not eligible for a refund?

  • Lost returns due to non-trackable or uninsured shipping
  • Severely damaged returns due to poor packaging
  • Returns sent to the wrong address
  • Returns made outside the return period
  • Return shipping costs
