Step-by-Step Guide for Proper Use of Your Foot Massager:

1. Charge the main module
Make sure to fully charge the main module for at least 2 hours. The battery is fully charged when the blue lights stop blinking and all 4 lights remain solid.

2. Place the foot massage mat on the floor
Lay the mat on a flat surface and securely attach the main module to the snap buttons on the mat. The main module is properly attached when it no longer moves. This ensures proper contact for the motor.

3. Lightly moisten your feet
Use a damp cloth to lightly moisten the soles of your feet. This removes dead skin cells and dirt, improving the device's performance.

4. Place your feet on the marked areas
Position your feet on the designated spots on the mat. Press the '+' button on the main module to activate the motor.

5. Select a mode
Choose one of the available modes by pressing the 'mode' button. Each mode provides a unique massage experience.

6. Increase the intensity
Use the '+' button to increase the massage intensity to your preference. If the blue light on the main module blinks, the motor is functioning correctly.

Note:
If you feel nothing, this could indicate reduced nerve sensitivity. We recommend using the foot massager daily at a high intensity for two weeks. If you still notice no difference after this period, please contact us again.

While charging, the blue lights on the main module will blink. When all 4 blue lights remain solid and stop blinking, the battery is fully charged.

3. Charging time
It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the main module.

4. Tips after charging
To ensure optimal battery performance, we recommend disconnecting the device once it is fully charged.
